Job Summary:
The Director of Imaging Service is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all imaging operations within the department. The role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective departmental management to support clinical objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the imaging team to ensure efficient completion of general radiology studies, MRIs, ultrasounds, CTs, and nuclear medicine scans.
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate departmental budgets to maintain fiscal responsibility and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Foster a professional environment that promotes staff growth, ongoing education, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, ensuring consistent quality of imaging services.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT registration and a current NM state license in imaging.
• Possess a bachelor's degree in a related healthcare field.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
