Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide assessment and therapy services for patients. This full-time, permanent role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans to address patient communication and swallowing disorders.
• Performs detailed assessments, documents patient progress, and adjusts treatment plans accordingly.
• Educates and counsels patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and progress.
• Supervises clinical fellows, students, and support staff to ensure quality care delivery.
• Coordinates patient discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Requires valid UT SLP license.
• Holds a current BLS certification.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
